Every pet needs regular checkups and wellness care to stay healthy. But not every pet will face an unexpected illness or injury. With Care Plans, you pay a fixed monthly or an annual payment at a reduced cost for a set of services your pet needs every year, rather than paying insurance premiums for services you may never use.

What is included in a Happy Healthy Pets™ Care Plan?
Care Plans are a set of veterinarian-designed preventive services such as:
Routine exams
Essential vaccines
Lab screenings & tests
Dental cleaning
Spay or neuter procedures
*Care Plan services are non-transferable to other pets or clients and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
How do I determine which Care Plan is best for my pet?
No matter your and your pet's lifestyle, there is a Care Plan that’s right for both of you! During your online enrollment, you will be asked a series of questions that will help us recommend the most applicable Care Plan. In the rare occasion that there is a better Care Plan that suits the needs of you and your pet, a simple plan change can be made.
How do Care Plans monthly payments work?
When enrolling your pet into a Care Plan, you have the option to pay for the entire term of the plan or split it into 12 convenient payments. After the initial payment is made, the subsequent 11 payments will be auto-debited from the same credit/debit card used during enrollment.

How do I renew my Care Plan?
Your Care Plan will automatically renew at the end of your 12-month term so that you and your pet continue to receive preventive care services without interruption.

What happens if I need to make changes to my Care Plan?
As our pets grow and mature, their wellness needs can also change and a different Care Plan may better suit their changing care. Our Care Plans make it easy to adjust to your pet's changing needs by allowing you to upgrade to a more comprehensive plan at any point during the course of your current plan. Plans can also be downgraded into a less comprehensive plan at the time of renewal.
Can I cancel my Care Plan?
Care Plans can be canceled at any time. However, you will be accountable for all outstanding balances.
