Where can I use my Pet Pass services?
Pet Pass membership services can be used at any participating Pet Pass hospital.
How long do Pet Pass memberships last?
Pet Pass memberships have 12-month terms, and because we believe that pets need ongoing preventive care, the memberships automatically renew (unless you cancel or elect to non-renew) at the end of the 12-month term.
Can I book a same-day urgent or emergency exam with my Pet Pass membership?
Yes — urgent and emergency exams are included in your unlimited Pet Pass visits. Please note that visits are subject to hospital availability. For urgent or emergency situations, please call your hospital directly and they will work with you to accommodate and/or advise on next steps accordingly.
Does a Pet Pass membership give me priority access to visit my hospital?
All visits —whether routine, urgent, or emergency—are scheduled based on your hospital’s availability. That said, your Pet Pass membership includes unlimited exams, so you can book as often as needed by coordinating directly with your hospital.
Can I cancel my Pet Pass membership?
Pet Pass membership can be canceled at any time. Please note, you’ll be accountable for all outstanding balances. Contact your hospital directly to make changes. You can look up your hospital contact information here.
Can I transfer my Pet Pass membership to other pets or people?
Pet Pass membership or services are non-transferable to other pets or clients and cannot be exchanged or substituted.
How is a Pet Pass membership different from insurance?
Pet Pass isn’t insurance — it’s a membership that gives you instant savings on both routine care and unexpected visits. There are no claims or reimbursements — just discounts you can use right away, whether it’s a wellness check or an urgent need.
